Our client, a leading organization committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join their team. As a Cleaner, you will be an essential part of the facilities management team, supporting the overall cleanliness and safety of the premises. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Cleaner

Location: Marion, NC

Pay Range: $13.50 - 14.50

Shift: 12 Hour Weekend Days & Nights 

What's the Job?

• Perform cleaning duties in hallways, cafeterias, and other designated areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and drivers safely and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness standards by following established procedures and protocols.
• Assist with waste disposal and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning tasks efficiently.

• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
