Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday (4 hours per day). Work hours are flexible but need to be scheduled between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Friday is a remote workday. Pay: Dependent upon experience RESPONSIBILITIES Consult with Vice President of Brand and Product and Principal Designer to create compelling and engaging designs that reflect the brand Take direction from written and spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, templates, and other designs Contribute/design aesthetics for the company, including marketing campaigns, social media content, and website design. Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience to create cohesive, brand-specific collateral Ensure a cohesive brand image throughout all collateral Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines Implement and monitor brand and style guidelines Utilize Ai to create and/or refine compelling concepts, copy, and design QUALIFICATIONS Hustle and exceptional work ethic are a must 2+ years in professional graphic design Proficient experience with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Understanding of file preparation and basic HTML & CSS languages Adaptive design eye and skill Ai experience and willingness to use the tool to aid concepts, copy, and design Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers Excellent communication skills Strong visualization and mock-up skills are necessary Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr
