Graphic Designer

You will use your design skills to transform students' perceptions of coding and STEM worldwide. You will be responsible for visually portraying Strive in a way that shows kids that coding and math can be fun and joyful.

Strive is a young and well-funded startup, so you can define your own role within the company and grow into various areas depending on your passions and strengths.

Here are a few example tasks you'll take on:

• Design marketing assets
• Posters
• Landing pages
• YouTube thumbnails
• Certificates
• Literally anything public facing

• Help define Strive's marketing strategy and brand guidelines
• Ad-hoc graphic design tasks internally
• Assist in content creation and content marketing
• Assist with marketing activations
• Bonus (The primary focus of the role is on marketing design, but if you want to push yourself, this can extend to UX/UI):
• Help with website and app UX/UI

• Assist in video marketing

Minimum requirements to apply:

• At least two years of prior work experience in a similar role
• Junior candidates can be considered as design assistants
• An appealing portfolio that showcases your work
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to convey design concepts to non-designers and convert other people's ideas into design workflows
• Experienced in at least one of the following:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma
• Canva

Preferred:

• You have strong copywriting ability
• You are able to design and build websites in Squarespace/Wix/Webflow
• Experience with video editing
• Experience in the education market
• You know how to code

Logistics:

• The role is a remote role for all countries worldwide
• Preferred Locations: Asia/Singapore, South Africa, Europe (Candidates who can support the GMT+8 timezone within 9 am-9 pm SGT are welcome.)
• This role is available as both a full-time role or as a part-time role with at least 20 hours a week commitment
